Entrepreneurs in Clinical Academia (ECA) 2018 will take place at the INSEAD campus, Fontainebleau, France, on October 15-19, 2018
ECA 2018 will provide successful candidates with the insight, knowledge and skills to translate their pioneering research from the laboratory to the pharmaceutical market.
During the course, the successful candidates will cover a variety of topics such as:
At the end of the course, the successful candidates will work in groups to apply their learning and develop business plans based on a drug case study.
The course is open to clinical and academic researchers (MD and/or Phd) who are currently involved in an immunology or inflammatory research program, affiliated with a European instutition.

All applications must be received by February 28, 2018.
ECA is a fully funded course open to clinical researchers in Europe. Course expenses (tuition fees, on-site accommodation and transport) for each successful candidate will be covered by FOCIS, thanks to support from Celgene. 21 successful candidates are chosen by an independent Candidate Selection Board, from FOCIS and INSEAD. Successful applicants will be notified in May/June 2018.
