Over the past ten years FOCIS has emerged as the leading collaborative forum for education, research and networking across the broad field of clinical immunology. This year's special program will reflect the journey of FOCIS and the remarkable pace of advances in our field.

Important Dates & Deadlines:
FOCIS 2010 Thursday, June 24 through Sunday, June 27

Since its conception in 2001, the FOCIS organization has grown to 43 Member Societies that collectively represent over 60,000 basic and clinician scientists. Each year, the FOCIS meeting brings together these researchers and clinicians from around the world, working in more than 30 clinical specialties and provides them with a forum to gather and share the latest findings, breakthroughs and therapies related to human disease. The FOCIS concept embodies a powerful idea – that interrelationships between fields and the sharing of clinical immunology expertise will build a better and faster pathway to improve knowledge that leads to new therapies for inflammatory diseases.

World-renowned speakers in the field of clinical immunology will explore their work and touch on the five themes embraced by FOCIS:
*  Immunoregulation                        *  Immunodiagnosis
*  Immunogenetics/Genomics       *  Immunotherapy
*  Host Defense

A high science, interdisciplinary program includes plenary sessions, thematic symposia, oral abstract sessions, and poster sessions on featured topics such as the microbiome, immunotherapy, immune reconstitution, aging and emerging analytic technologies.

We hope to see you this June at the premier meeting in clinical immunology!

Please note: In an effort to preserve our industry relations, and maintain the most vibrant environment for scientific advancement, FOCIS has elected to forgo providing Continuing Medical Education credits at FOCIS 2010. FOCIS will maintain its traditional rules of engagement that include full disclosure of all contributors and will continue to require compliance with our ethical guidelines.
