What are the dates of FOCIS 2005?
FOCIS 2005 will be held Thursday, May 12 through Monday, May 16, 2005.

Are reduced registration rates available?
Yes, members of the FOCIS Member Societies are entitled to reduced registration rates. Advance registration rates are available through April 1. Trainees are also entitled to reduced rates.

What forms of payment are accepted by FOCIS?
Online and faxed registrations require a credit card. FOCIS accepts MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. If you register via post, you or your sponsoring organization may issue a check drawn on a US bank in US funds made payable to FOCIS.

How do I request a Preliminary Program or a registration form?
You may view the Preliminary Program and/or print a registration form at www.focisnet.org/meetings/am05/

If I cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?
If you cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline you will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $25 administrative fee. The last day to cancel your registration is April 1, 2005.

When will I receive a confirmation letter?
Upon receipt of your registration form, your payment will be processed and you should receive a confirmation letter via post within three weeks.

How can I request a receipt for meeting registration?
Your confirmation letter is your receipt for the meeting. Please use your confirmation letter as proof you have paid your registration fees and will attend the meeting.

Can I register on-site for FOCIS 2005?
Yes, you can register onsite at the registration desk located at the Westin Copley Place, beginning at noon on Thursday, May 12, 2005. If you pre-register, however, your materials will be available for immediate pickup and you will be able to take advantage of lower pre-registration fees. Onsite registrations may not collect their registration bags until Saturday, May 14 at 12:00 noon.

Can I register for Basic Immunology for Clinicians: Update 2005 without registering for the entire FOCIS meeting?
Yes, to register for this Satellite Program alone, please print the PDF Registration Form, and complete it, marking only the Satellite Registration box.

When will I know if my abstract has been accepted for presentation at FOCIS 2005?
Abstract acceptance notices will be sent by email in early March. Notices will only be sent to authors listed as contacts for the abstract. If you do not receive a notice by March 18, please contact the FOCIS Executive Office.
