Registration for the FOCIS meeting does not include a room reservation. A special meeting rate is available at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Please make reservations before May 6, 2007 in order to receive the following rates (rates are not guaranteed after May 6):

• Single/Double Rate: $209
  To book a standard room, please click here or call (619) 291-2900 and mention that you will be attending FOCIS 2007.
• Trainee Rate*: $169
  To book a trainee room, please click here or call (619) 291-2900 and mention that you will be attending FOCIS 2007 and would like a room in the Trainee block.

* A limited number of rooms are available to trainees at this reduced rate! Your status as a Trainee will be verified. If you make a reservation in the Trainee block, but are not indeed a Trainee, you will be subject to the higher room rate.

Registration Discounts

Discounted registration rates are available to delegates who register before May 1, 2007. Also, delegates who book their hotel rooms at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, the FOCIS 2007 headquarters hotel, are eligible to receive further discounts when registering before April 13. Simply enter your Sheraton confirmation number when registering for FOCIS 2007 to receive the Headquarters Hotel Discount.

Poster Registration Policy

Abstract submitters who are accepted for a poster presentation at FOCIS 2007 MUST register to attend the meeting by April 1, 2007 for their abstract to be included in the FOCIS 2007 Abstract Supplement and their poster to be scheduled in a poster session. Submitters who are accepted, but do not register will be considered withdrawals, and will not be included in the Final Program or Abstract Supplement. This policy was created to reduce Poster Hall "no-shows" and to ensure a vibrant and interactive Poster Hall for all delegates.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the submitted registration form and full registration fee, each delegate will receive a confirmation of registration via email. If an email address was not provided, the confirmation will be sent via postal mail or fax. Your confirmation letter is your receipt for the meeting and also contains your registration ID number. This number will be needed after the meeting if you plan on claiming CME credit for the sessions you attend. Please use your confirmation letter as proof you have paid your registration fees and attended the meeting. Please bring a copy of this confirmation with you to FOCIS 2007.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund of registration fees, less a $25 administrative fee may be applied for, in writing, before April 13, 2007. After this date, no refunds will be made. There will also be a $25 administrative fee assessed for transfers of registration.

Registration Desk

Name badges and registration materials will be mailed to delegates who pre-register for FOCIS 2007. Pre-registered delegates may simply bring their Registration Bag Voucher to the FOCIS 2007 bag desk to claim a registration bag. Delegates who register onsite will receive a name badge and materials at the FOCIS 2007 registration desk. A limited number of registration materials will be available for onsite registrations and will be distributed while supplies last.

Special Needs Accessibility

Delegates requiring special arrangements in order to fully participate in FOCIS 2007 should send a written description of such needs along with their registration form. To ensure appropriate accommodations, all special needs should be addressed in advance with FOCIS Meetings Manager, Michelle Reed (mreed@focisnet.org).
