Important FOCIS 2008 Registration Instructions

Please note that all sessions on Thursday, June 5 require additional registration. Registration for the morning sessions, afternoon sessions and full day sessions may be completed at the bottom of the FOCIS 2008 registration form.
If you have registered for FOCIS 2008 and would like to add a session you may do so by clicking on the Online Registration tab and selecting FOCIS 2008 or the morning, afternoon or full day option you would like to attend. Complete the registration as you did for FOCIS 2008 and you will only be charged for the added session.
FOCIS Courses
Basic Immunology in Medicine: Update 2008
Interventional Immunology
If you have not registered for FOCIS 2008 and you would like to include one or both of the courses in your registration you may do so at the bottom of the FOCIS 2008 registration form. Please note that there is a discounted rate to attend both courses.
If you have registered for FOCIS 2008 and would like to add a course you may do so by clicking on the Online Registration tab and selecting FOCIS 2008 or the course you would like to attend. Complete the registration as you did for FOCIS 2008 and you will only be charged for the added course.
If you do not want to register for FOCIS 2008 but do want to register for a course. Please DO NOT complete the FOCIS 2008 registration form. To register for either or both courses please click on the name of the course or package under the Online Registration tab.
