Annual Meeting
Trainees have access to discounted registration rates for the FOCIS Annual Meeting including complimentary abstract submission ($30 savings).
Annual Meeting Registration
• Grad Student/Trainee Members – $215 for Advanced Registration or $250 for Late Registration
• Grad Student/Trainee Non-Members – $315 for Advanced Registration or $355 for Late Registration
Development Opportunities
Trainees are encouraged to submit an abstract of their research to the FOCIS Annual Meeting that are presented during Thematic Symposia, Oral Abstract Sessions, and at the evening Poster Sessions.
FOCIS members that are selected for an Oral Abstract Session are eligible for a 2024 Research Award which enables you to attend the entire conference for free!

FCE Support
Travel awards are available for trainees to attend the Advanced Course or the FCE Fusion event held during the FOCIS Annual Meeting.
U.S. Advanced Course in Basic & Clinical Immunology Course
• Up to two Trainees may be selected by FCE to receive travel awards (valued at $1,000 for each FCE) to attend the Advanced Course, held annually every spring.
FCE Fusion Event
• Up to two Trainees may be selected to receive travel awards (valued up to $500 each) to attend FCE Fusion event, held during FOCIS Annual Meeting.

• Enables trainees and fellows to attend FOCIS annual meetings, educational courses and participate in exchange programs
